Please Read Our Waiver
I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I have, or which may accrue to me, against Hudson Valley Regionals, Glasco Karate LLC, the tournament director, Kiwanis Ice Arena, 518 Martial Arts and all participants of the Hudson Valley Regionals or their respective (indirect or direct) officers, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors, and/or assigns, and against any competitor or participant for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with any such injury or illness.
I understand that martial arts competitions involve body contact, from which injury or injuries may result, and I further understand and/or sought clarification of all of the contents of the rules and general information and I agree with them entirely.
I further understand that I may be dismissed from the premises without compensation if my conduct is not cooperative or is disruptive to the success of the Hudson Valley Regionals.
Finally, I agree to follow, without compensation the unrestricted use of any photographs, film of videotape of myself or my students or children. I understand, certify, and hereby agree to all terms and conditions of the liability waiver above.
